Order Status:
Once an order has been placed, a confirmation email will be provided as proof of submission. Orders placed after 7pm CST or on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, an additional email will be provided that contains tracking information. You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page on the website. Please allow at max 7-10 days total (not including weekends or holidays) from date of order to final delivery.
USPS has significantly slowed down shipping operations, which in turn has heavily affected residential and business deliveries. Also, many items are custom made to order and therefore, require more processing time.
How Does BBF Handle Failed Delivery Attempts - Return to Sender:
If your package is returned to us by the delivery provider (e.g., USPS or UPS) due to an incorrect address or similar reason due to your error in data entry, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to resend the items once we receive them. As your responsibility, PLEASE ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If you opt not to have the package reshipped, a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
Sizing Accuracy:
Items from the "BBF Luxe & Platinum" collections are 100% true to size. It is suggested that you order your normal size in these items for best fit. Refer to the individual sizing charts shown in each product listing.
Items from the "Body & Shapewear" collections, as noted in each item description, tend to run 1-2 sizes smaller due to the nature of the material. Most items are comprised of spandex and nylon, which provide for a tighter fit. It is recommended to size up when purchasing from these collections.
Order Changes/Cancellations:
You cannot add/remove/change size, quantity etc. once order fulfillment begins. PLEASE double check for accuracy prior to finalizing your purchase.
You can make changes to the shipping address or cancel the order prior to processing. However, as soon as you receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking information, changes and cancellations can no longer be considered. At that point, it has been submitted to our Fulfillment Team for preparation.
Returns & Exchanges:
Yes, returns are accepted under certain conditions, however, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees as well as a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the final refund amount. Please see the "Returns & Refund Policy" page for complete detailed information.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card at this website?
