Have An Issue with Your Purchase?

BBF By Amber has a 3-day return policy, which means that you have 3 days after your item has been marked as delivered to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the emailed invoice or proof of purchase. Gift Cards are marked as "Final Sale" and not eligible for return.

Please note that for any returns made outside of being damaged, defective or incorrect (such as color or design), will be at the expense of the customer, including return shipping fees as well as a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the final refund total.

Damages and issues.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item received is damaged, defective or incorrect, BBF will email you a return label free of charge. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs or restocking fees. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place an order for the correct item and return the incorrect item in question. Once received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method for the initial incorrect item. Please note that exchanges made outside of being damaged, defective, or incorrect (such as color or design) will incur a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
